I think maybe I've just outgrown ihops. The people there are very nice. However, I go there to eat. I always have an issue. First I like real eggs, I can tell they use egg substitutes. For some reason I always find little black things on my eggs(could be burned hash brown or a tiny rock who knows). The coffee is weak, I asked if could get stronger and the answer was no. So expect watered down coffee. No strawberry lemonade at this location by the way. The pancakes were good tho. Although I did get frozen strawberries. I tried several times because my son loves their philly cheeseteak. I think I need to find a new philly cheese steak place.

Very busy on Sunday morning, but was seated in 15 minutes. Waitress was efficient and we were out in an hour. Standard IHOP fare, but considering how busy it was, a very good experience.

Great place to eat! Always immaculate. The servers have a great attitude. The Manager is very friendly and is always making sure his customers are happy. I own a moving company right behind this store so i eat here often. Love it!

IHOP is my 8 yr. old daughters' favorite place to eat breakfast because they have the chocolate chip pancakes with the smiley face. I personally like their cheese blintzes and of course the huge omelets that can easily be shared. Today we were served by Alex; a very nice laid back young person who was very attentive. The great thing about IHOP restaurants is you get consistent food no matter which one you go to. This particular one is in a boring strip mall but the food is just as good as any other IHOP. And since it was not super busy the service was also excellent.

The place is generally clean and relatively new inside. The servers always are friendly to kids and very helpful. And I always like the harvest nut pancakes and the never ending carafe of coffee.

Nice IHOP conveniently located just East of 95 on the way to Gulfstream and Hallandale Beach. Pleasant, friendly servers and attentive manager. Always reliable pancakes and new Double Dipped French Toast is very good---about time someone was smart enough to mention double or extra time in egg and milk dip. Too often, French Toast is more like bread than real French Toast.

I'm open to try new foods and/or new places, but sometimes I like the familiarity of a place. IHOP was pretty full with locals and people from Quebec - or as I know them as, Frenchies...Bonjour Quebec! As my friend and I sat ourselves at a table, we started off with some hot coffee and tea. When our waitress, Donna came to take our order; I wanted to try the create your own French toast combo, but I was curious about the brioche French toast. Donna explained that the brioche French toast was light and a bit sweeter than IHOP's original French toast...ok, I was sold. The brioche came in three varieties: peaches & cream, berry berry, and bananas foster. After deliberating, I chose the bananas foster. It also came with two eggs (scrambled), hash browns, and two bacon strips. My friend chose the mega monster burger with onions rings. After a few minutes, Donna brought our meal; which looked utterly delicious. The cheeseburger had two patties covered in both American and Provolone cheese. It was served on a bun with lettuce and tomato. The onion rings, which I stole a couple, were thick and crispy. I left the brioche for last as I finished off the eggs, bacon, and hash browns. It was very well cooked. Now for the brioche. Unsure if I would like it, I cut a small piece. As I place it into my mouth, the sweet flavors of the French toast batter and the foster's sauce took over my taste buds. I quickly placed another piece into my mouth and savored its sweetness. OMG! I didn't believe it would've tasted soooooo good! The only thing I didn't do was moan the way Meg Ryan did in that scene from "When Harry Met Sally". Donna was such a sweetheart. She had a warm, down to earth personality; and a lovely smile to match. You don't meet people like that very often. I enjoyed my time at IHOP, and I especially LOVED my breakfast. I think I've found a favorite.

Pancakes! YEESSSS! We come here only when we're in town and with Mom. We always sit with the same server. She's a trip. Food is always delivered quickly and hot!

My friends like this place but for some reason it leaves a bad after taste in my mouth. Plus our waitress said she couldn't warm the syrup at our table. Every iHop I've been to with my friends gave us warm syrup. At any rate, this place is okay. Cheap food at its finest.
